Hi, I'm Alice Nettleingham, the founder of The Non Smoker. I care about protecting your personal information and being transparent about how I use it. Information I Collect
Personal details you give me directly:

- Payment details (processed securely via third-party payment processors. I never store your full card information.)

Session notes:
- Sessions themselves are not recorded.
- I do not take notes during our sessions. My attention is fully on you.
- I may keep brief private notes for my own practice between sessions (what worked and what I am learning). These are not stored as personal records about you and are not used for client continuity.

Data Storage and Retention
I keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide my services or as required by law.
- Session notes are stored securely on a password-protected device and/or secure cloud storage.
- Physical notes (if any) are destroyed after being digitised.
- Your contact details are stored in my business systems for as long as we work together, or until you ask me to delete them.
- Intake form responses and progress tracker responses are stored in my password-protected Google Drive, accessible only to me. They are retained for the duration of our work together plus a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, and then deleted on request or after a maximum of two years from the end of our engagement, whichever comes first.
