We start with a free call
We talk about what you've tried, what's keeping you stuck and whether this is the right fit for you. You'll leave the call knowing either way.

We work together in sessions
Up to three 90 minute conversations where we work on what smoking has actually been doing for you: the emotions, the patterns, the identity. Not just the nicotine. Most clients need only one or two sessions.

You have my support for three months
From your very first session, you have three full months of access to me. More than enough time to work through the method and have real support when life happens. Because life will happen.

I use a conversation-based method for you to finally quit. It works on what cigarettes have been doing for you emotionally, rather than just taking them away. It's quiet, deep and far gentler than you'd expect.
I'm based in Siem Reap, Cambodia and work with women globally by video call.
